Apple Music wanted to celebrate independent artists like Tobe and Fat Nwigwe while creating the Baseline playlist for the NBA—musicians who, like underdog athletes, create their own shots. The challenge? Take a sterile white soundstage and transform it into a metaphorical basketball court where hustle meets artistry.
